I interface with current and prospective customers in managing and driving implementation of the DuPont Probiotic Program for the animal nutrition industry. This allows DuPont to align our current products and applications with real-life industry challenges and to develop new, innovative solutions for the future of global food production.
I earned a PhD in Microbiology at the University of Bath, UK, and continued my Postdoctoral work investigating the impact of bird stress on Campylobacter colonization in broiler chickens at the University of Bristol, UK. I joined DuPont as a product manager for Probiotics in 2012, attracted by the science-led product development and opportunities for probiotics in animal feed to help producers manage the growing challenges of poultry production.
