A distinguished panel of poultry professionals including Perdue Farm’s Dr Bruce Stewart-Brown, Dr Stephen Collett of the University of Georgia, DuPont’s Dr Gregory Siragusa and Richard Kottmeyer, MD of Strategic will discuss the factors causing some restaurant chains and major poultry retail brands to go antibiotic-free, and the steps poultry integrators are taking to meet these claims. The discussion will be presented in English and the moderator will be WATT's content director of agri-business, Terrence O'Keefe.
