    Dr Dimitri N. Rylko

    General Director of the Institute for Agricultural Market Studies (IKAR) - an infocentric consultancy engaged in analysis of the domestic Russian and global agricultural and food systems. IKAR's core competencies focus on analysis and forecasting of Russia's agricultural commodity markets. The Institute's research covers the whole vertical commodity chain, from input production and supply to retailing of finished products. Dr Rylko is the member of Public advisory board by the Federal Ministry of agriculture (from 2013). He was awarded with the Diploma of the Russian Minister of Agriculture (2007), Ordre du Merite Agricole (France, 2005), and other industry awards.    

    Dr Peter Plumstead

    Dr Peter Plumstead completed his B.Sc. Agric (Hons) degree from Pretoria University, and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Nutrition and Poultry Science from North Carolina State University. Dr Plumstead worked as a commercial nutritionist in the South African poultry industry, spent 7 years working as Senior Scientist, Enzyme R&D for Danisco Animal Nutrition leading the research to develop new phytase enzymes and understand their application in practice. In 2014, Dr Plumstead moved back to his native South Africa to accept a faculty position in Monogastric Nutrition at the University of Pretoria. He is currently lecturing in Poultry Science and Monogastric Nutrition, while his research continues to focus on phosphorus nutrition and phytase application in poultry, feed ingredient evaluation, and applied incubation and poultry management.
