Anastasia Zalutskaya

Anastasia Zalutskaya is Deputy General Director and Partner in the agriculture department at Neo Centre Consulting Group, which she joined in 2008. There she plays a key role in the implementation of investment projects partially financed by credits, preparing business plans and financial models, marketing research and budget analyses. A graduate of Novosibirsk State University, Department of Economics, she specializes in the application of mathematical methods used in economic and business analytics.

Eduard Mailyan, DVM

In his two decades in the field of veterinary medicine, Dr. Mailyan has applied his expertise in pathology and nutrition, helping the poultry industry to improve animal performance and product quality by minimizing losses through stress and disease. His experience, which has included key roles at Tehkorm (Nutreco) and  Cherkizovo Group, spans many aspects of poultry production including breeding, incubation, management and microclimate, nutrition and welfare, flock health and disease control.

Currently Director of Turkey Live Production at AC Damate, he also serves the poultry industry as an independent consultant.

 

Artem Tsinamdzgvrishvili

Director of international relations department at Russian Ministry of Agriculture. Graduated from Moscow State University of International Relations at Russia’s Ministry of International Affairs and Acadamy of Foreign Trade. Worked at Ministry of Economic Development as well as at the trade representation of the Russian Federation and head of Gazprom in India. Economist. Awarded by the federal government. 

Sergey Yushin

Sergey Yushin has served as Chief of the Executive Committee at National Meat Association since its inception, helping to represent the interests of meat producers and processors across Russia. Following his graduation from Moscow Institute of Foreign Languages, he worked extensively in the import of meat and meat products in the 1990s. As part of his work at the National Meat Association, Mr. Yushin has backed the call for better biosecurity measures to counter African swine fever and other diseases and called for tighter controls on illegal shipments of meat.

Galina Bobyleva

With more than 40 years of experience in the poultry industry, Galina Bobyleva has served as General Director of Russian Poultry Union since 2003. Having earned her doctoral degree in Economics from the Institute of Economics at the Russian Academy of Sciences, she has also received awards from the government of the Russian Federation in recognition of her contributions to the development of Russian agriculture.

Victor Advahov

Before joining Danisco Animal Nutrition in 2015 as Regional Technical Manager, Victor Advahov built a strong academic background, earning his degree in Veterinary Medicine at the Tiraspol State University in Moldova and subsequently serving on the faculty there for 7 years. He then gained practical commercial experience as Technical Specialist in pig nutrition for Nutreco in Russia. Now part of the Danisco Animal Nutrition in the Moscow office, he brings his experience in working with large integrators as well as middle- to small-sized farms to help customers improve animal performance.

Nadezhda Sedelnikova

After graduating from the Institute of Pedagogical Studies and Psycology in 2003, Nadezhda joined the Joshkar-Olinski meat processing plant as a marketing manager. She is the head of marketing at Aroholding Akashevo since 2012.

Nikolay Lychev

Currently Editor-in-Chief at Agroinvestor magazine, Nikolay Lychev has served in editorial roles at numerous publications, including Russian Federation, News of Russian Federation and Torgpred, since graduating from Moscow State Pedagogical University in 1999. Was editor in chief of Agrobusiness. Mr. Lychev joined Sanoma Independent Media in 2004, serving as deputy of editor-in-chief of Agrobusiness, Food Business Agricultural Equipment and Technologies and Agroinvestor magazines until 2008. In addition, he is Director of Agro group projects at MoscowTimes media.

Svetlana Polyakova

Svetlana Polyakova has been Chief Veterinarian at Aviagen since 2012.  Her career began in 2004 in the poultry plant at Oktyabrskaya Poultry Farm, where she looked after broilers, worked in the hatchery and with flocks on farms, as well as in the slaughter house. After receiving her veterinary degree from Novosibirsk State Agricultural University in 2005, she was appointed Chief Veterinarian at Oktybrskaya Poultry Farm. Dr. Polyakova has been honored by the Poultry Union of Russia for her contributions to the country’s agro-industrial complex, and recognized by the governor of the Tula region for her work in biosecurity and the development of Aviagen LCC.

Vladimir Manaenkov

Vladimir Manaenkov was head of the department of compound feeds at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation from 2010 until 2013. He is currently the CEO of National Feed Union. Vladimir earned his PhD in technical sciences in 1983 and started his career at the Riga Feed and Food Plant, later worked at the Latvian Research Institute of Feed Industry, Provimi (deputy director for quality), Hercules and Razgulyai-Krupa Ltd (technical director).
