Bart received his degree from Wageningen Agricultural University in animal husbandry and in veterinary at the Utrecht University. Later had private veterinary practice. For several years he worked as a technical manager at Euribrid, Hypor (Nutreco), Hendrix-Genetics Layers and other companies. From 2017 he is co-owner of PoutryVets and VarkensArtsenZuid. Sergey Shapovalov, PhD, Director of Scientific Center Cherkizovo, Russia

Biotechnological solutions to win the digestion challenges in monogastrics

Sergey began his career at the poultry institute of Ukrainian Acadamy of Sciences and later worked at the Institute of Animal Husbandry, Kharkov Pedagogical University  and Lugansk Medical University at the dapartment of human and animal physiology. Joined Cherkozovo in 2014 as a head of the Central Laboratory and was appointed a director of the scientific center Cherkozovo in 2015. Published over 120 scientific articles, 10 monographies, has 3 pantents and 2 technical reglaments. Certified auditor of laboratories in compliece with ISO /EC 17025.

Konstantin Borisenko, Technical Manager, DuPont Animal Nutrition, Russia

After graduating from the Vitebsk Veterinary Academy, Konstantin began his career as a researcher at the Experimental Poultry Station of the National Academy of Sciences, specializing in layers. He continued to work in the broiler field at Cherkizovo and Aviagen and completed trainings in parents flock management in Germany and Poland. In 2017 he joined DuPont Animal Nutrition team based in Moscow and provides technical support to the clients in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Belarus

Svetlana Schepetkina, PhD

Candidate of veterinary sciences, Head of the scientific advisory center for the development and transfer of system technologies in veterinary medicine and agriculture, Saint-Petersburg State Academy of Veterinary Medicine, founder and general director of the “ANIMAL HEALTH GROUP”.

Svetlana graduated from the St. Petersburg Academy of Veterinary, studied at postgraduate and worked at the department of epizootology, specializing in practical work in the poultry industry.

From 2008 to 2012 worked as the General Director of PharmaWorld Rus LLC with the launch of the Spanish company Laboratorious Karizoo. From 2013 to 2016 worked at the Russian Scientific Research Veterinary Institute of Poultry. 

She  is the author of more than 80 scientific articles, books "Modern principles of antibiotic therapy in poultry farming" (2015) and "Organization of the control system for infectious diseases, the use of antimicrobial drugs and the release of safe poultry products" (2018). The developer and leader of the SCAMP program aiming to reduce the number of antibiotics used in veterinary medicine and agriculture.
